چکیده: 

در کنار مزایای مختلفی که دال های توپر در ساخت سقف ها ایجاد می کنند، وزن بالای آنها موجب ایجاد مشکلاتی می شود. به منظور کاهش مشکلات اشاره شده، سیستم های مختلفی با نام دال مجوف دوطرفه معرفی شده است. در بعضی از سیستم های مذکور، از گوی های پلاستیکی کروی و لهیده، که در کیج های فلزی محصور شده اند، استفاده شده است، تا بتن غیرموثر حذف شود. به دلیل وجود ابهام در عملکرد خمشی سیستم اخیر، در پژوهش حاضر، دو نمونه با مقیاس واقعی با ابعاد $300times1200times6500$ میلی متر)طول $times$ عرض $times$ ارتفاع(ساخته شده است، تا ظرفیت خمشی، ترک خوردگی و خیز دال توپر و مجوف با یکدیگر مقایسه شود. در نهایت مشخص شد که مواردی همچون نمودار بار-تغییرمکان، ظرفیت خمشی و مود شکست دو نمونه شبیه یکدیگر است و در مقابل، کیج های فلزی موجب افزایش ظرفیت نمونه های مجوف می شوند. همچنین ظرفیت خمشی نمونه ی مجوف با استفاده از روابط 141318ACI قابل پیش بینی است.

Ball mills are common grinding equipment in mineral processing industries. Ball wear results from three mechanisms namely impact, abrasion and corrosion. Of these, the corrosion mechanism is the least investigated, due to its chemical-electrochemical nature. Therefore, the aims of this research were to investigate the grinding chemistry influence (slurry pH, solid percentage, water chemistry and gas purging) on corrosive wear of STEEL BALLS and to determine the contribution of corrosion mechanism to total wear of STEEL BALLS. The results indicated that the mass losses of STEEL BALLS could be reduced considerably by controlling the pulp chemistry inside the mill. In addition, the results showed that 73.51% of the corrosion products are generated from the oxidation of STEEL BALLS. It was also estimated that the corrosion mechanism accounts for 26.68% of the total wear of STEEL BALLS.

A 10-year-old male with a history of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) in first complete remission presented with severe headache and pancytopenia 3 months after completing chemotherapy. Bone marrow aspiration and cerebrospinal fluid analysis confirmed systemic and leptomeningeal relapse. He received systemic induction with oral dexamethasone, mitoxantrone and vincristine and intrathecal chemotherapy with methotrexate, cytarabine and hydrocortisone. . .

The equations governing the motion of STEEL BALLS and their impact onto shell liners in industrial Semi-Autogenous Grinding (SAG) mills are derived in full details by the authors and are used in order to determine the effective design variables for optimizing the working conditions of the mill and to avoid severe impacts which lead to the breakage of SAG mill shell liners. These design variables are the lifter height H, the working coefficient of friction m, lifter face inclination angle j, STEEL ball size rB, mill rotational velocity w, and mill size R. In order to optimize the operating conditions and avoid severe impacts to its shell liners, the effect of these parameters need to be studied. The effect of lifter height (H) and the coefficient of friction (m) on some of the main impact characteristics are simultaneously investigated for a SAG mill in Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex. It was shown that as the lifter height or the coefficient of friction increases, the impact position tends to move upward, but the maximum impact force and the absolute value of the maximum principal stress decreases, reducing the impact severity.

Fungal bezoar of the kidney is a rare clinical entity, usually seen in a diabetic, immunocompromised, or chronic alcoholic patient who has prolonged catheterization. Angio-invasive fungal infections such as aspergillosis are associated with severe renal lesions and kidney failure with high morbidity and mortality rates. We describe a patient who developed complete obstruction of the left ureter as a result of Aspergillus fungal BALLS which were successfully removed ureteroscopically.

Nowadays STEEL BALLS wear is a major problem in mineral processing industries and forms a significant part of the grinding cost. Different factors are effective on BALLS wear. It is needed to find models which are capable to estimate wear rate from these factors. In this paper a back propagation neural network (BPNN) and multiple linear regression (MLR) method have been used to predict wear rate of STEEL BALLS using some significant parameters including, pH, solid content, throughout of grinding circuit, speed of mill, charge weight of BALLS and grinding time. The comparison between the predicted wear rates and the measured data resulted in the correlation coefficients (R), 0.977 and 0.955 for training and test data using BPNN model. However, the R values were 0.936 and 0.969 for training and test data by MLR method. In addition, the average absolute percent relative error (AAPE) obtained 2.79 and 4.18 for train and test data in BPNN model, respectively. Finally, Analysis of the predictions shows that the BPNN and MLR methods could be used with good engineering accuracy to directly predict the wear rate of STEEL BALLS.

This paper discusses about the lapping process for both metallic and nonmetallic materials. The experiments were carried out based on the RSM design of experiments (DOE) approach to investigate the effect of their parameters on the lapping quality of ball bearing, for predicting the new results. This study explored the modification for fine finishing of bearing BALLS through Biodegradable medium (Aloe Vera) and silicon carbide (SiC) powder as an abrasive in addition of conventional oil-based media having an advantage like Antioxidant, antibacterial, non– toxic, good compression, and shear stresses. Spindle speed (rpm), Time (minutes), Force (N), Abrasive concentration were considered as the input process variables while the PISF, MRR and surface Roundness was considered as the process response. The result shows the most significant parameter for maximum PISF of 82. 3%, 7. 6 mg/min MRR and 9. 05μ m roundness was achieved with 672 rpm at 7. 5 N forces, 37. 5% abrasive concentration, 165 minutes’ experimental run time was achieved.
